RETURNS

Combi strives to offer the highest levels of quality and service so if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase from the Combi Website, it can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt.

In the first instance please email us at info@combibaby.co.uk and we will review your query and reply either by email or phone. If you need to talk with someone please call our Customer Support Team on 0161 8211076 between 9.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) to arrange to return your goods.

All goods should be returned in the original condition, unused and in the original packaging. We will provide the return address when you contact us and you may choose any carrier you desire when returning the goods but the delivery charge for returning your goods is non-refundable.

 

FAULTY GOODS

Combi strives to offer the highest levels of quality and service but occasionally faults may occur. If a manufacturing fault is discovered within 14 days of delivery we will collect and replace the item free of charge. If a manufacturing fault is discovered after 14 days and within the warranty period we will collect, repair and return the item free of charge. Note that all faulty products MUST be returned for assessment to determine whether a refund or an exchange is suitable.
